How often do you hear an inner voice warning you not to share ideas - a voice that tells you not to speak up? That you don’t have enough information, that your contribution doesn’t matter or isn’t good enough?

At the core of our day to day experience and how we engage on our life’s journey is this very basic experience which often lives underneath our consciousness—our relationship to ourselves. This relationship includes what we think about ourselves and the stories we carry in our mental, emotional, somatic and energetic bodies. The relationship we have with ourselves is reflected in every decision we make.

Impostor Syndrome limits us. It keeps us from enjoying day to day life, appreciating our talents, and from making the bold moves that are going to get us where we want to go in our careers and our lives.
